We focus on the fundamentals
In all aspects of life we have become used to spin and gobbledegook. Arguably, HR has succumbed to this more than most. It’s time to deconstruct this and get back to basics; to focus on the customer and to articulate an authentic and distinctive voice. Essentially there are three fundamentals that must be addressed:
• Clearly articulated ethics and values must permeate everything you do
• A vibrant picture of what you want to achieve and how you are
going to do it must be clear to everyone
• You must get everyone behind that vision
