Michael Divers is a Fellow of the CIPD and has led HR teams in a number of major organisations. As MD of TMP Worldwide’s People Consulting business, he worked with clients as diverse as E.ON, LloydsTSB and AMEC to address significant business and people challenges. Having run a successful small business, Michael has experienced first hand the pressures facing them.

Heather Staff is a Member of CIPD and has led HR teams in the NHS. As a Director at Penna, the UK’s leading HR consultancy, Heather delivered talent strategies to many organisations across all sectors. Recent projects include the BBC relocation to MediaCity in Salford and the GENUP research into managing generational differences in the workforce, in partnership with the CIPD.
